Impressive shot, Fons!  With the rainy storm as background.

Great lens for a museum, not?

Interesting Fons.

Main square in Tilburg, Heuvel.  Storm rainy, not many people out there. Preparations are made for the 'Carnaval-party' starting this weekend.     Only the pigeons disregard the storm....

Three weeks later than last year, the first Crocus... Lots of clouds, but occasionally a glimpse of the sun.

Low Tech...
A Hotel is being built next to my house so a have many photo ops plus I am not happy , so making sure the guy follows the rules... fat chance  >:( .  I will lose all of my River views... bummer.

Ah, bad luck, Tom!  Lovely colours.   Is the Hotel built by hand?

John, I was in a hurry the other day.  Your Crocus image has a great iridescent quality , really makes it POP.  The owner of the Hotel project is racing to get the basic structure completed before the Monsoon so much of the heavy work such as digging out for the foundations and levelling was done by machines.   Much of the work is done by teams of labourers.   Just yesterday an organization which is trying to preserve neighborhoods contacted us for a copy of the plans and will take it up as a trial cause.  I do not hold out much hope of their success  :( .   The Hotel guy is actually quite nice but to him (and more particularly his wife) it is all about money.  This AirB&B has thrown  the planners and officials for a loop.  He is not calling it a Hotel but residential.  I had also missed J.A.'s cool iPhone Vid.  Smartphones Rule or at least starting to .

I take most images from the D500 back to neutral in CC PS and then start from there.
Thanks Fons.    Just what I shoot but this has a bit more purpose since I have a copy of the approved Plans and can use images to backup any claims of his straying from Approved.   I also like shooting folk  ;)

Crocus are out and chewed on by snails quickly.
