Vienna, Michaelerkirche. This is where Mozart's Requiem was sung at his own funeral.

You were completely successful Akira!

For me, this was one of those visual puzzles where my brain wouldn't accept what my eyes were showing it.
(My brain does need to get out more though ;) )

Colin, no worries!  At the end of the day, everything is nothing but shadows and light.  :D

Akira, never too late to comment on such a comment! To me that is very encouraging and I can only say the same about you - many thanks. So, what you see in my pictures might simply be me inspired by you  ;)

A shot from "Pine shadowland" into the light. I always enjoy this view in the spring with the instense light in a dense Pine forest.

Lars, it is nice to inspire each other.  :)

Very nice Akira!

Thank you, Nasos!

Thank you for sharing.  I've seen the death mask of Beethoven everywhere in the books and on the net but never seen that of Mozart.

Another one with the same setup.  This time with some movement.

That play of gradients of light, paths, similar shapes, rythm and 3d structure is very appealing to the eye. I keep interested and looking at it.  A visual trip and destination. Ole

 :) ;)

Yet I can not find them for Akira´s color isolation image. Very strong symbols, great catch. Facade and power lines in juxtaposition...yet I´m just describing. It is difficult to point out the obvious appealing.

Love the shot Akira. Print it!  :)

Paco, suppose that you are talking about Anthony's image, I would fully agree!  Wonderful capture, Anthony!

Thank you, Paco, Bent and Akira. I was lucky to be there when the sun was at the right angle.

The shining path.

There's a wonderful feeling about this Anthony.
It wasn't just being there when the light was right, you were the missing link :)

Thanks, Colin, the unsung hero is Mrs A, who agreed to move behind the wall to leave the shining path clear. :)
