Sounds like an enjoyable event to document.
However, a sentence like this "they would like me to take a image on their behalf of a particular model, to be forwarded in a RAW File to them." makes my ears cringe. Seriously, giving away your work with no control over the outcome at all?? Shot RAW+jpg and give them the jpg if you must, but do keep your RAWs securely stored.
