very cute. very bright mixdown. Will you try a more dense version from the RAW?

Super sharp baboons, very well executed. Probably a food related activity? Nice interaction between the two anyway.

What a beautiful clear picture, as well as a fascinating study of their behaviour.

You + the 400mm + D4 are a potent combination when put together ;)
1/3333 sec doesn't do any harm too!

Appreciate your comment, thanks.
What would you suggest for a re-edit? It was bright when the shot was taken, I don't like oversaturated
or pumped up contrast, to my mind this looks how I remember the occasion.
Your thoughts would be appreciated Frank.

Appreciate your comments, Frank, Fons, KNB, bendle, Bruno and Colin.

Colin, the equipment should take much of the credit.
I bought this lens for it's ability to isolate subjects, did I say it was sharp, lol.
At f2.8 it's seriously sharp at f4 it's off the scale, lol.

Tony, you sure know how to use that lens I lust for!
The sharpness, colours, bokeh - all amazing!

Thanks Jakov.
I agree about the eyes but sometimes it's nice to capture these animals being themselves and not reacting to our presence.
Had they both looked up I would have been pleased obviously  :)

Could be worse Elsa, if this were a self portrait I'd be mightily worried, lol.
