Very simple actually.
A two speedlight setup, left - right, (used the SB-24) triggered by a set of Yongnuo's. The height of the speedlights may vary depending on the subject or the intention.
For diffusing the speedlight there are many options, a cardboardbox, with the top and sides cut out and replaced by parchment or bakery paper. Or the Ikea Skubb box (salvaged a few from the waste bin) works very well, and can be flatfolded for transportation. But you can also diffuse with some papers or letters.
