I was going to start a new thread, but I guess it goes along well here....
I did a spring cleaning and organized my camera gear (if you call "organizing" tossing a bunch of stuff in a box and labeling it "Misc Camera Stuff"). I reboxed three cameras, the D70S, D300, and D750 now that I have the Z6. I kept the Df unboxed too. I have many lenses (80% AF-S or more recent) still on the shelves, some nice and some mediocre (if Nikon makes mediocre lenses).
Couple questions for me...
* Do I sell the D70s and D300 -- i think the sentimental value is greater than any remaining economic value, so I think I will keep
* What is the use case of the Z6 with the ZF adapter and the traditional lenses? When am i going to want to carry the adapter and lens -- say the 300f4 or 105f2.8 maybe?? Not the 24-120 F4.
* Do i sell the D750? I like it, maybe love it, but again when a I grabbing that vs. the Z ?
I do realize these are all my own personal decisions, but it's always helpful to hear from others with the same dilemna.
I was just in India with the Z6 and actually left it in my hotel room a lot for just my iPhone. Hmmm. A sign of my times? (Now it was very much a social event and i didn't want to have to worry about where my bag was or have to carry it around)
