A day in wind and rain and suddenly two young horses wanted to test their ability at dominance

Interesting one, Frank, the mix of green and yellow in the upper right quadrant has a kind of Van Gogh's brush strocke in it.

the light is rare in this position. But if the light is there I can influence the colors on the outside....

Nice expression of the horse.

The light when the sun came through, special for end of June combined with the fresh green - Here the Bergland Hospital for plastical surgery.

#424. From that picture I would buy this house right away. Did you consider working for a real estate agent?

I know it is a difficult market. They make a lot of money yet they are very reluctant to spent any of it.

I took some wonderful shots with my phone. At first the were to be seen in the Android Gallery, then some disappeared, at next reboot all were gone. Wonderful little flowers with high rise grey house in the BG, some grassy plant varieties in between. Pity!

Do you mean the fuzziness? I agree, they were fighting really fast and I was too slow. Somehow however, I like the texture and the expression. Any advice, processing, comp?

Faster time, manual focus. What light levels are we talking here (I go check the EXIF....)

(back again:) OK: set ISO to 1600 at least and time to 1/1000th of a second at least.

This is ISO 100 and 1/125th of a second...

Never be afraid of HiISO as long as it is well behaved. ... This is a D750 ... go for 4000 ISO even if necessary to freeze the movement see the steam and the sweat flying.

Choose "S" mode "S" for sports and "freezing time" as the main issue...

A wonderful song comes to mind

Quote from: Pere Ubu
Pere Ubu – We Have The Technology Lyrics

How I wish we could take this moment and freeze it.
To come back again and again and again -
To hold it to the light.

Now, turn it in our hands and study all the angles.
To find out how and why it's gotta go the way that it
Goes.

We have the technology not available before.
We have the technology.

But thinkers and poets of the past -
Oh, no, they had to leap into the dark so blindly.
Whereas, we'll stand free and upright like men.
The day's golden light.

Linked with our machines our eyes are beaming.

It won't matter at all how weird things are seeming.
We have the technology not available before.
We have the technology.

We need the means to dig deeper.
To search below the surface appearance of things.
Worlds never dreamed of!

What a wonderful life if, darlin, that moment might be
Found wherein we come unstuck completely.
Flap A from Slot B -
Slappin in the wind.

We have the technology not available before.
We have the technology.
