One more that would probably never have seen the light of day (missing the tail) . Testing out my newly acquired 70-200mm F2.8 VR II and TC17E II. As I was snapping away, slowly inching closer, this was the last snap before the "model" kicked into high gear.


D3, 70-200mm F2.8 and TC17E II, f/4.8 1/125, ISO 6400

The birds themselves don't look very elegant in flight, but their shadows are great
