Hmm...the thread has been increasingly fishy...  :)
JA is balancing it out with his 100-400.  ;D

Hi guys - I flew over you all on Thursday, coming back from Iceland to the South of England :)
Sounds like you're all having fun

I like Eric's Fished images (the video even manages to create the slight sensation of seasickness!)

Thank you Jakov! Wonderful organ and church shots.

Sitting on the airport. Two tripod heads in my
luggage. Just lost my Linhof legs. They wanted to have additional
75€  for the tripod legs transport per direction. I sent them back
to Bonn with
my wife and kids. Either I find some local to lend me tripod legs
or I will buy another tripod in Scotland.
Next time I buy a tripod that fits into my luggage.....

My normal work is always with  a car.
I try to avoid going by plane.

Tripods are always a pain, but hard to live without. I hope you find some other legs for your head.
I'm also at the airport. Soon I will join you in the quest to make images.
Great work so far to all who contributed to this thread!

Wifi does not work so well yet. Especially not in the Lodges.
So if you want to post a picture you should go to a bistro...

I can speak for myself and say that I took some very nice pictures
some even edited. As soon as I get proper Internet access I will
Post some...

Good to hear that the silence has only technical reasons and everything seems well.
Looking forward for the pictures :)

I am in the Bistro now where WiFi is slow, but beer is warm and tasty  ::)

We start with the "spiritus rector" raising his spirits on the opening dinner. We were nearly 20 people there an I loved his earrings, the "Celtic tree of life" his girlfriend gave him. Technical: "D600 plus my master's Noct"

Second is and must be our loveable wonderful Scotish host, Dave, who does not feel so well and we all pray for his health.

Title: "King of Scotland greeting his Subjects"
