It's amazing how much ahead of us your gardens are, John and Fons. probably 2 weeks , although I'm south of you. Still no rose bud here and the hydrangea are only pushing their first leaves.

interesting observation Bruno, the white, blush  climber is an old one R. x 'Madame Alfred Carriere' introduced in 1879, and they flower early
