Thanks John. Yes it is and I never grow tired of it. Colors change over the year, water reflects the sky and the sun goes down over the tree tops. I feel a bit lucky :-)

My first camera by b j, on Flickr

This is the very first SLR I bought. I bought the MD-12 later and when I bought the camera it came with a 50mm f2 Ai. The 55mm f3,5 was added later as well.Purchased new in 1978 at Foto Daniels in Maastricht. They took it back from the original owner in 1995, CLA'd the camera after which I bought it. The Foto Daniels sticker is still on the inside of the the film door.

Currently loaded with a roll of Ilford HP5+

Its from a breeder in Veldhoven, where i bought it many years ago 1980-ies, Muiderman, he is long deceased
his daughter has taken over, but i havent been there again.

I have been looking for its name but it is tough to determine, so many I.germanica's.
