Nice one Elsa and indeed we romanticize classic cars as they have more character, not only in the handling but also in the looks.

1964 Volvo Amazon Combi (P2200)

I must admit that I never was a Volvo fan. But it is a classic indeed.

vintage Ford Fire Engine (with eye lids on its front lights)

Luv the Ford brand and I am eyeing at the moment the monster F150 with all the bells and whistles.

Check this one out......

No fuss over the Nikon body used.
In fact, we shall even allow Sony, Fuji or any other just like we do within our lovely community :)

Now, may I present to you the following vehicle.
I envisage Harald being the proud owner of this one.
Why Harald? Since Harald is a high-fidelity expert, please note the amplifier for the horn  ;D
This way, Harald can notify his wife that he is arriving from work from a fair distance. By doing so, he would allow her to set up the dinner table in time :)

Almass, that Bentley really does look vintage.

Something tells me that Thomas wouldn't mind taking this one for a spin :)

Bugatti time !

The first three are from the Louwman museum at their old location in Raamsdonksveer before it moved to The Hague (not the best quality, high ISO with a D300)

1910 Type 18

1929 Type 43

Type 50T

These two - Type 50T in front and Type 43 behind it - were shining in the sun in the Belgian Ardennes in Durbuy

Type 50T

Mongo is still wiping of the Bugatti induced drool.

Meanwhile, some miscellaneous good drives.

It is unfortunately difficult to get good clean/creative shots of the cars alone at popular car shows
