From a parking situational point of view I preferred the original plan. Both the new locations move us to the other side of the river Maas.

Not sure whether http://www.cafezondag.nl/ has been proposed already. Close to the station, just across the bridge from the centre (station side), just off of the Sint Servaasbrug (the name of the bridge0.
