Even though the last few days have been dominated by sleet, snow and rain, it seems like spring inevitably is transferred into summer. The leaves are unfolding, flowers pop up everywhere and most of the birds are starting to nest. This is going the way it is suppose to :)
Love the first shot Børge. This photo has the effect of making viewer feel happy - though there are snows but there also is rays of sunshine.  :)

Tiring for the moment of good equipment, we go slumming,  with a 100 mm. Sima singlet lens in a T mount with a sliding plastic focus and a waterhouse stop, on a D3200,  to capture the spring blossom of an indedible "spitter" apple.

Beautiful John.  The bright yellow is certainly a cheery intro to spring!

Thanks Bill and Jakov.  For the flowering trees and plants we have an excellent spring, perhaps because it has been relatively cold the past weeks.

Beautiful Thomas.  I think the same flowers grow in my garden as well, but I don't know the name (any more).... Perhaps something with Phlox ?

Thank you, Fons.

I tried my luck 'Jakov Style' but couldn't get the result I wanted.
Hope I get another chance, forecast has a lot of rain...

Nice one, John. I think these flowers can take some Jakov style, thus appreciate the pronounced unsharp flush below the main blossom.
