Jürgen, that looks sublime!  :)

Pea risotto with fresh mint and green asparagus, served with steamed salmon. The first dinner on our balcony this year in pleasant spring temperatures.

And it tasted exactly the same. My wife is an excellent cook.

I'm a bit late posting a comment Jürgen, but if this was locally grown asparagus, your farmers did a good job.

In the UK, I've been buying locally grown asparagus for maybe 10 days
Some has been wonderful, even sweet in taste
And some has been stringy, with a few tough chewy parts on the lower stems (even after trimming)

As usual I've failed to photograph any yummy food.
But the aroma and flavour of this tea, is out of this world.

I saw it being made in Thailand, where they used a local variety of Marigold in the same way that tea is often scented with Osmanthus, Rose or Jasmine flowers.
As I love growing things, I've made it my mission to get hold of some of their seeds and try to get them to germinate.
Requests back to the original tea producers in Thailand got bogged down in language difficulties, plus their concerns on whether they could post seeds out of the country.

In desperation, I checked the pack of tea I'd bought back with me.
Yes, It seemed to contain dried flower heads
As these images show, I was able to extract some seeds from them.

Now the thing I don't know is whether the mixture of tea & dried flowers underwent any heating or roasting process
(that is a perfectly standard part of producing Oolong and other Eastern teas)

The only way I'll find out if they got damaged or not is if they grow.....

Mmm, still a long way away from food, but definitely yummy.
It was exactly the right mixture of sunny, warm yet not too hot today.
After a walk along the bluebell covered Malvern Hills, a cup of delicious Puerh tea was essential

Is it Puerh tee?  I haven't seen any Puerh tea whose leaves are green.  Are they fermented very lightly?

Yes its Puerh Sheng
Though many come out brown, some can appear more green on brewing
