It does, Akira. Buildings edges both guides the gaze and counterpoints structure, light and texture to make them pop. I specially enjoy the subtle information in the shadows. It makez for a second image after you have enjoyed the obvious one.

Thank you, Paco, for kind words. You accurately traced the way my brain worked. The pliability of the DNG file yielded from Sigma helped me to render both the sky and the shadows the way I wanted.

I favor the first one, 96, because it has two banks of clouds superimposed, each with it's own different flavor of light.
