If it's a selfie, you gotta shoot it yourself, right?  This one was a challenge, shot on my 65th birthday.  8 stitched verticals, D300, Nikkor 55mm f3.5.  The leftmost image I shot by tripping the shutter delay and running into the shot like an idiot, being careful not to fall over the cliff.  The resulting file is about 15k pixels wide. Makes a great print.  Death Valley National Park.

Peter you  should buy a remote , so you do not have to run over rough terrain with dangerous cliffs
