Actually there are six - the notice board to the right of the image has another two references to 13 in it.  Great capture - 13's in word and numerals everywhere.

Paco's kind of bar. 13 imposed a self-portrait

There's 13 levels of marble stones (including the larger base), and 13 marble stones across (above the shade). Just a coincidence? One of the horizontal marbles is half-height, they could have selected to use 12 thicker layers.

not far from my place      here we have several places like this, old small towns, quite well maintained as those are in the in the rich area (we say Speckgürtel) of bigger cities (here Frankfurt)
