Bob, outstanding series.  Being me, I love the in flight images but all superb  ;).  If I had to pick one it would be the first profile aspect in flight  :) .

Bob, I agree with Tom that the flight images are outstanding and a nice break from the classic perched ones which are also very nice. The first flight image is probably my favorite. Also it is unusual to see Snowy Owl images with water (?) in the background.  Looks like it is hovering over some prey, do you know what it was?

All are great, but I absolutely love the horizontal crop of the last one - takes a great shot and makes it even better!

Very beautiful images and yes I like the flying ones the best as well.
Over here you only find those beautiful birds in zoo's.

As Chris mentioned we have one at the local zoo here in Amsterdam but prefer to see them in their natural habitat.

Maybe one day I'll see one in the wild myself, for now your awesome images have to do the trick ;D

Not only nice images but also exquisite technically. Those near-white birds have a difficult plumage to expose correctly for sure.

If I spend the rest of my life trying to produce images like these, only to fall short in that endeavor, I will still consider it a life well spent. (I won't be thrilled with my shortcoming, mind you. But I'll go out knowing I aspired to greatness -- not mediocrity, hacks and tricks.) You certainly raise the bar! These are truly inspirational.
