Youza! This thread needs some TLC.

I hardly ever make photos with my phone (other than whiteboards at work), but this time i found a subject i liked on my lunch walk and the only camera i had with me was my phone.

Great catch, Hans!  Actually, I believe that a smartphone could be the most suitable camera to shoot small objects on the ground with the camera directed upwards, which is proven by your Amanita pantherina (?) image.  Also, the potential large DOF of a small format camera helps a lot here.

I see that, even though i have no problem at all to stick my D850 to the ground and running a 125 image stack with a macro lens to get something similar  :) It's my hobby after all. Also the background would look a bit smoother (and better if you ask me).
