Yes, I am working on the stacking part myself, Nasos. My moon attempts so far has resulted in a lot of stacking artifacts generated by Autostakkert, perhaps image quality has not been good enough.
Far into last night/this morning we had fairly good seeing here although transparency was below average (by some reason those two things seem to be opposite of each other), and as it is today, October 6 that Mars is closest to Earth since a very long time, I went crazy and captured closer to 12500 frames of Mars and our moon with different magnification combinations on my AW1 (15 fps) over a few hours. (Image buffer is only 28 images max, and it takes about 10s to clear buffer between each burst.) So I should have something to work on now.
I have a TC-20E III on its way from KEH so that I can also use my 300PF for the higher magnifications. Currently TC-301 etc. on my AF300mm f/4 had to do - it is going to take a while to get it all processed though.
In the mean time here is a direct edit of a single moon frame in CNX2, captured with the 300PF + TC-14E on AW1.
