Spring has visited by neighborhood.

The wind drag from a passing commuter train makes fresh snow into rolling snowballs.

Browsing through the archives, I stumbed upon this image which I had all forgotten.

Good mystery...The inevitable 'what is that thing?' question keeps me looking at the photo.

Thank you Keith.

This one should be way more obvious but I hope interesting enough. Crosspoint.

A sanitized, or pre-processed version of what was the basis of a proposed poster art project, a decade ago. Some "dark", quite literally and visually, neo pagan, gothic silliness only the death metal-heads could appreciate. I say "literally" because the print was much darker -- bordered in a deep, fuzzy-black silhouette with an over-all silver-green caste. Ultimately, the finished product was a "greeting card" -- dreadful prose and all -- and something only kids with black fingernails could truly appreciate. I make no excuse, for my own excesses, then or now.

As you may well can visualize, all that empty space occupying the lower 2/3 to the right was were the awful "poetry" appeared. Should I ever find the nerve, or shed my last measure of self respect, I might post the finished project on another thread. Say, for Halloween or the name day of some Norse deity. (Or a CD release?)
