Very little snow that summer.  The depth of the snow pack can be > 10m. If more than 12m, I think the road authorities call it a day and close the road.
I live in Minnesota where it snows a LOT but never seen snow that deep! wow!

In the meantime, in Abu Dhabi 40°C/105°F, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

  Lovely use of the blues in the city to compose your shot. It works very well indeed.

Thank you, Paco. Chefchaouen is a beautiful town with many blue houses, filled with incredible photo opportunities.

The local Leica Store had an exhibit of Henri Cartier-Bresson photos.  Presented flopped so that HCB is correct and the outside world is incorrect.
