Lovely portrait of a lady and her Nikon Z fc :)

Reflected light into the scene does reduce the harsh contrast for the better of the whole.

Thanks Birna, she's a fan of the Zfc and the smaller Z lenses, which also helps to support her husband's Nikon GAS issue.  ;D

I'm often using the Viltrox 13/1.4 or 23/1.4 on the FX cameras, in particular with the Z9. Makes for a nice and small -- OK, the limit for perceived smallness is the Z9 of course -- combination. The Viltrox line delivers very respectable performance and on the FX Nikons the camera automatically records in DX mode. 19-20MPix suffice for many applications of mine.  Then there is the endearing and tiny Voigtländer 35mm f/1.2 which I purchased for the Z fc, but it often manages to meander over to the big Z9 brother.

Could you develop a training course in helping wives to support their husband's GAS issues?  I'd reckon that such a course might go down really well.   LOL ;D

Oh I am not smart enough to develop such a course. I'd be happy to attend a future NikonGear event with that training goal in mind though. Any smarter NikonGear members out there willing to share their successes?  :)

Hope it is entitled as photographer in action.

Unfortunately, you are ahead of time here. The black camera in question is the Olympus OM-D EM1.2 which I tried to put to alternative use after it failed miserably as an underwater system. I never really liked the camera and now it is relegated to be a close-up system of third rank. Probably will sell off the underwater housing system including the camera.

However, it is true that I now have the real 'black beauty' Z fc camera in hand and love it.

At the Royal Ontario Museum. Lightroom's new Denoise algorithm did an amazing job.

Considering the data: f1.4, iso 3200, 1/20 exposure, I´m not sure the phone will get much here. Still...
