Did you find out what their shot turned out like?
I have a Google Pixel 6 and it has a "night sight" mode that can take very sharp photos of stars & constellations
(I'm guessing there's a lot of automated PP happening in the background)

I didn't get to look at his image, he went away right after taking (our) shot.
