Very interesting Akira. The silhouette makes it flat and symbolic while the roll-off in the corner brings back depth. Having information on the "floor" instead of the subject and the dreamy point of view keeps adding to the general otherworldly effect.

Thank you Paco, for the analysis.  That doesn't only make perfect sense but also accurately describes what actually attracted me at the moment of shooting it.

Meet L. beautiful smile in this "incomplete" portrait. I think there is enough information for the missing parts not to matter?

There is a lack of any IR hotspot as far as I can tell.

I do have a spare copy of the NoNikkor that can be yours for free, if you remind me in advance before my next visit to Spain.

Do that.

Meanwhile, I just got the bits and pieces for my CRT Nikkor-O 55/1.2. Not bad for IR as well, if you keep aperture wide open to moderately closed down f/1.2-f/5.6. Which is what one normally would do in any case.

Flowers, CRT-Nikkor IR at f/1.2, R72 filter, Nikon Z5 modified.

There is some flickering due to the excessively fast shutter speed and halogen lights. Not too bad however.
