Celestial abstraction...

Great idea and result!  What's the difference between the beautiful hairline-like trail and the droplet-like nice accents?

Thanks, Akira !

Actually this pic comes from a failed image of fire works. I just cropped the exploitable part of the image !

Thank you for the disclosure.  Nicely deceptive!

Pulled this from the archives. Last summer saw some lazy, warm days on the coastline.

SONY NEX-5N Monochrome, Voigtländer 25 mm f/4 Skopar SC, B+W 093 IR filter. Some sea haze is drifting up north over the Skagerak from Denmark.

From our first COVID vaccination in January.  The nurse and I were joking around.  D700, 20/1.8 lens...cropped.

I just love high contrast situations and b&w for portraits. Natural light coming from a window and the (for me) underrated 24-70mm 2.8 vr. I´ve come to love the lens by using it. I remember I almost return it the same day I bought it. Then I used it in a show and my perception completely changed. Here it is around 50mm mark, at f4, doing portraits.

  Z6, 24-70mm 2.8 vr

revisited, new edit, a bit more light.
