A nice find!  Are these stools?

Thanks, Akira, they are stacks of cheap plastic tables outside a restaurant.  They look a lot better in monochrome than in colour!

Interesting Guy
He saw me shooting on the other side of the bridge and asked me to take his Photo (happens a lot ) .   He was a street cleaner taking a break but when I started speaking to him he turned out to be ex-military and spoke reasonable English.    I will watch for him in the future. Z6, 24-70 f4

Could not make heads or tails of what I was seeing, literally  :) .  When I tried to position for a better shot the Rat snake showed some speed to escape.
