Lovely soft expressive light.
We must be a similar latitude Fons, and it's amazing to see so much still growing so well.
A neighbour has a big bed of Nasturtiam plants growing very vigorously.

Thank you Colin! Where i live is a tad more north! The nasturtia were late in flower this year, we use the flowers to make up the salads!

Tidal Marsh, Mandø

Like from an old movie, the low contrast is charming!

I've taken more images with my DSLR this week than (probably) in the last year or so.
Having been asked to volunteer and help taking photos at a theatre festival for people with learning disabilities, I've had a great time.
The stage lighting was a challenge, but I'm really pleased with this one

Good work. Emotional. Exposure is spot on, not an easy task on stage lighting, specially with white costumes

Shadows taken from my balcony.

The 50mm 1.8s was broken but now is back!

we started sorting through and scanning my deceased father's slides. He was quite some photographer especially when it came to composing technical equipment shots ...

Very impressive image, the gigantic size of the excabator looks really real!

Weather forecast confirmed. Snow, yet still in modest amount. Early morning so the snow is visibly blue-tinged.

Viltrox 75mm f/1.2 on the Z9. I find this combination particularly enjoyable.

+1 There is also a "steam-punk" style flavor there, retro futuristic. Love the composition too.

Meet J.

We have been friends for a very long time. He has been working on or by the sea for over two decades so this may count as 'environmental portrait'
