It's condensation on the outside. This happens frequently when temperature changes are abrupt. Here, from yesterday's high at 17C to 0.5 in the early morning.

Standard cliché for the oncoming season, however the new Viltrox 9mm /2.8 made this so easy :D (I initially had a pun on this, but it didn't translate from my native Norwegian into English; Norwegian 'lett' means 'light weight' or 'easy' thus the pun hinted at the featherweight of the new lens)
