How long have you been using your BG40?  Mine was deteriorated possibly by the moisture only after a couple of years of use.   :(

At least 10 years. The surface looks still good.

Sea Rescue team looking for bodies on the shoreline.
Earlier this week, I was waken up by roaring engines and blue flashlights. The Sea Rescue Team had received a call from a fishing boat signaling a sea incident. They deployed 100 meters from our home. They didn’t find a body, but a migrant drowned that night, 50 km up north.

Cross posted with a second picture in the Migrants thread https://nikongear.net/revival/index.php?topic=11136.0

I posted a colour version of the station master before. Here is my first attempt at a black-and-white variant.

Very fitting environmental portrait, Ian!

It has been rainy and windy for a few days now. Today I was able to finally walk around. As you can see, the wind is still present.

Ruth is giving a lecture on music therapy and gender incongruence.

I'm using a BG40 filter on my full-spectrum modified Z5 to allow adequate visible-light rendering. Not perfect, and I ought to make a calibration profile for this usage. But in a pinch, it'll do.

That lecture sounds very interesting Birna

Fons, I'm really enjoying your images from Bouxwiller and the traditional houses - 20 years ago I visited Husseren-les-Châteaux (at a hotel with Dutch/Danish owners, btw.), Eguisheim and Colmar ca. 70 km south of Strasbourg.
