Count me in. We'll make an uninspired pair when we team up late this month :(

Immediately after I made this photo of a dying hollow oak in dense fog, I got called from the hospital that my Parkinson-afflicted friend was dying. I  just managed to reach his death bed before it was too late. R.I.P.
Condolences, Birna. Same disease as Dave Paterson ...

I'm counting on being creative as soon as I see you Birna but if not, we will be uninspired together on the beach, with sun and some spanish ham...that's something at least  ;D

Add some nice wine and the creative juices might start to flow again :)

When I first bought the 1.4/105E Nikkor I was blown away by the color fidelity I saw on the D850. This is the picture that stayed on my mind: a very small plant on the side of the road in the corner of a fairground.
Thus: my "fairground attraction" in a current mixdown with Photoshop 2025 CC & ACR
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.

A portrait with the Nikon D2h with it's unique sensor and the 'new' Nikkor AF-S 28/1.4E  It has a filmish look

For some strange reason, Nikon dropped GPS support for the D2H. The later model D2Hs got the feature back. This was a main reason I stopped using the D2H in its time, despite the nice handling and feel of the camera. And those 4MPix files were highly malleable, too.

As always, tasteful use of color and geometry!

Indeed, this is a nice example of the brilliant color without being excessive.

Love the tender rendition that is fitting to the motif.
