Emulating a typical view camera approach -- tilted lens standard. Here done, free-hand, with the old  Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8 AiS on my Df.

Emulated view camera, Paco. Meaning I took a series of frames with different focus point and combined all of them (N=8) in Zerene Stacker  afterwards.

The image circle of most 35mm/FX lenses is too small to allow front lens tilt or shift, and the extension provided by the focusing mount itself prevents likewise rear tilt/shift. The multiple frame stacking eschews those issues, however is mainly suitable for stationary motifs.
