Welcome back, Bob!  Along with the anemone image, it's an amazing result.  Did you see any improvement of the image quality compared to the rig around D850?

Akira-- I was sheepish to post Fuji stuff in the Nikon forum.. but thought I would anyway. Image quality exceeds D850 in resolution and dynamic range.

That is a superb image, Bob. It is good to have you back.

Despite the name, this forum welcomes all. Just as well because I am waiting on a Fuji to start contributing again  :)

NG is a 'brand label' signifying a history, not a requirement of gear used.... Any camera that delivers the image you want is good enough.

Well, I've been using SIGMA fp for four years now (and Fuji, Sony, Olympus and Panasonic cameras in the past as well) but never been a chicken to post images shot with it.   :P

one thing I like about focus stacking is the ability to determine which areas I wish to keep in focus..

What a beautiful series of photographs!
I once tried to grow that plant in my greenhouse but I failed to get it to bloom and it died.
Your photographs have inspired me to try growing it again.
