Meanwhile, it's getting even colder around here. This night down to -31C, inland to -36C. The air is filled with tiny ice crystals that are deposited everywhere and give a blanket-like appearance of all landscape details. The silence is deafening and the dryness of the air makes breathing even harder.

I had a blast shooting from the balcony today with the D200 ir and the 300mm 2.8 vrII. Amazing combination for infrared, af spot on.
