The melancholic tune of 'Der Mond ist aufgegangen' (The Moon has risen) is stuck on my mind at present. Thus influences the photographic outcome as well :)

Spring...the dams are full, the next crop of potatoes has been planted and the canola is ripening nicely.

Well seen Birna - the lake is controlled with an opening but not a dam. It's used to produce electricity on demand.
