It was far too windy to make flower pictures outside yesterday afternoon.  This double daffodil appeared from within a lot of the common single yellow daffodil bulbs that were planted last autumn. Stacked from 8 exposures.

A beauty Bob!

Birkenstocks.  From yesterday.  D3, 25-50 ƒ/4 AIS.

Low contrast, nice little scene! Great lens actually!

Testing my Z9 after the camera took a real tumble onto frozen ground. I'm waiting for my train connection and the screens of the railway station is covered by hoar frost crystals. It'll be so  nice to  arrive to Spain later today :)

By the way, apart from a few scratches on the exterior, neither the  35Z nor the Z9 appears harmed. Good on me.

Some deep bruises on the corners of the  Z9 casing, nothing  on the 35Z. However, the fit of the lens hood is slightly less firm. That's all. A tumble and drop of 1m to frozen ground is tough for any camera.

Cludy today, but there will be plenty of sun tomorrow again. Good to know the Z9 can take it too!

Excuse my ignorance, but a koto festival announcement, Akira?

Fons, I guess it's purely drawn as artwork on this facade.  For what is worth, the instrument she is playing is "Shamisen".  :)

Oh, another victim of the cameras fallen on the ground like my SIGMA fp and "two" Panasonic 50/1.8 lenses last year...it could be contagious, then... :o :o :o

Love the beautiful lime green as the backdrop of this silhouette!

Great Image,  luckily the Z9 is a bit more robust than a Df...

Have a safe trip !
