The d850 is everything it promised. Here an image from yesterday with the 58mm 1.4g. What a wonderful machine...

Great shot.  I think the D850 is the best (and compact) DSRL

I'm slowly coming to grips with the Rodenstock TV-Heligon 50mm f/0.75 on the tiny Nikon Z30. The key is thinking *simplicity*, not *speed* or *bokeh*. The latter follows on its own anyway.

A warning sign by the river. It is unwise to fall into the tailwater of a run-of-river hydroelectic facility :) We need the reminders.
