December is very dark in my part of the world before snow firmly covers the ground. The occasional street and house lights do their best to enlighten the winter darkness.

The shot was quite underexposed at 1/500 actually, and focusing takes time, anyway, thank you Birna.

Chilled solanum plant

A relative to the tomato plants, this one was planted either by birds or by the wind in my terrace, and fruits ripened until a few days ago. Now a freezing weather and copious rain have arrived, and this plant is a little stressed. As the name says, just like tomatoes it likes sunny weather!

Iphone SE, 2nd Gen, in Portrait Mode (very useful for having the main subject stand out from the background). 1st Gen wasn't having this feature.

(yes, I've changed my phone, now that they've introduced the 3rd Gen, they are giving away the 2nd Gen for cheaps... especially the 256GB version)  :)
