For the 300 mm f/4.5 the main inventor/designer is Yoshiyuki Shimizu.

Same inventor for the second lens as you can read on the J-Plat-Pat translation of the detailed description of the patent.
It seems that this designer is revered as Maestro Shimidzu in the Nikon circles
