There is a famous gypsy way of living "satispén tali", meaning "health and freedom". To put the image in context, people from Cadiz is very proud of their city and way of living too...to put it mildly. Here a twist of the gypsy frase to make it "salud y cadismo", meaning "health and the way of Cadiz"
