Snow in Tokyo must be rare, yet nice!

We typically have a couple of snow fall per winter here in Tokyo.  So, you could say it is rare.  :)

Nordic folks should laugh, and I as Sapporo-native am excited for some reason, but this amount of snow is serious here in Tokyo.

Snow is never a laughing matter. In particular when there is snow in places not adapted for its annual presence.

Citypark - Stadspark

Today we had a lot of sun, despite the frost in the morning..

Dark & rainy maybe John, but I'd liked to have been walking under those trees too
Yes, that was a trait.

Yes, that is for sure.

Nice one, Fons. Ever thought of compiling a selection of your many windmill images for printing a book?

Very dramatic composition and sky, it makes the mill very imposing and adds character.

hahaha,  yes true, Paco.

Agree with you.  Especially the clouds add to the dramatic effect.

A welcome change to the deep-freezer ambient conditions, we had some snow dumped on us during the night. The Christmas Rose Helleborus niger enjoys the snow.
