I can see that there is no end to this thread and want to change that.

 From Armando´s passionate, Fons a tad darker take, Akira´s color shift and detail, Øivind´s wonderful rendition to my favourite, John´s monochromatic alien interpretation.
   Thank you all for your generous use of time and skill.

    In previous challenges the chosen one will post the next image for editing so, if John feels like it...

 I will have to look in my archive for an IR image, at the moment I don't have an IR capable camera.

With the Fuji IS Pro  35-135/3.5-4.5    Translated the file already in  TIF to prevent possible translation problems with RAF files.
