The 'new' Nikkor-N 5cm f/1.1 lens in RF(S) mount is, not unexpectedly,  fabulous for IR set wide open. The IR 'blur and glow' is there in the plenty :) There will be a hot spot starting to be bothersome at f/5.6, but hey why acquire such a lens and shot with it stopped all the way down??

Entire FX frame at f/1.1 with the PrimaLuxe Z5 and Hoya R-72. Weather was increasingly inclement and rain was imminent. However even under these dark conditions, the fast Nikkor helped keep shutter speeds up (around 1/800 for this picture).

The surprisingly good 5cm f/1.1 Nikkor-N (rangefinder) does IR on the PrimaLuce Z5 through the Hoya R72 filter. Heavy overcast weather thus the entire scenery is in a dull mood even in IR. However, the lens certainly delivers. Here a detail 100% crop of the frame.
