Here is a detail from one of the photos I posted. The house is vacated and the window blocked, but somebody has painted the illusion of looking inside a warm, cozy room. He has even signed the painting. Well done.

reviving an old thread for the moment, I found this wall interesting because it gives the illusion of depth and angle.  It's actually quite flat and shot straight on.

A lock on the Champlain canal.
