I used to shoot macro using Canon 38mm/f1.8 Cine lens.  It had a proprietary spigot mount and reverse-mounting was the only way to use it.

theres 1 at fujiya for sale.mint in box...for months now. nobody buys it because of the stupid canon mount like the fd. i was an fd user many many years ago thank goodness i went nikon

there is a tiny adapter called "coupler-D" which I presume was madde by canon themselves. I used it on my bolexes when one still could get kodachrime 2x8
