The Ribbits
« on: April 08, 2021, 01:12:55 »
The A cappella singing group, The Ribbits, getting the group back together for the summer concert season.  I liked the mix of voices, baritone, two tenors and a soprano.  I usually get to listen to them all summer long when the windows are open!

This is amusing to see.  Funny and beautiful at the same time.  Thank you for sharing!

Phenomenal shit Randy.  So good, it looks staged!  Hope it made it to print, certainly worthy.

Thanks guys for your input.  The frogs give my family a lot of joy.  They live in a small pond in our backyard, so I can check in on the regularly to see if any interesting things going on.  They love to sit on the flat stone in this picture, and as I walked by, I was thrilled to see this arrangement,  esp. the fact that they were all about in the same plane, so I thought I had a chance of catching them all in focus with one frame.  Z6, 80-400 at 400mm. f/16 at 1/160s. I had tried the 500PF, but that was too tight to tell the whole story.

Fascinating Randy.

Out of interest, what part of the world are you in?
Although there is frog spawn here, it'll be a while before there are any Ribbits of this size.

Colin:

I live in southwest  Michigan, US.   It has been an early spring here, was 80 degrees several days ago, about 6 weeks early for that temp.
