The Forsythia is late this year...

Z6  Zeiss Distagon 25/2.8 ZF

Ah, springy signs. The rendering of that Zeiss is quite nice!
Thought we had spring coming here but another storm is tearing through the landscape here in SW Norway…cold is a keyword.

As said before, I like these wired city shots.
Are the power lines overbground due to earth quakes or a space problem under ground?

Thank you, Sten.  I'm not sure, but maybe the underground infrastructures in Tokyo like gas, water and sewerage are already too complicated to accept any additional large-scale infrastructure like the electricity.

Wake up, it's springtime!

Strange winter in Italy: we've had primroses and butterflies in January, then snow hit badly both North and South, then violets in February, then almost back to normal!

Ciao from Massimo

Cancer is a ubiquitous disease. All living can be afflicted, trees are no exception.

Laowa 11mm f/4.5 on my Nikon Z50. This combination is neat and tiny and the lens is surprisingly sharp and contrasty by the way. Can be a bit tricky to focus when its is stopped down though, despite the touted advantages of EVF (the lens has no automatic aperture, but is native Z-mount).

Thanks Sten. Yes, that 25/2.8 Zeiss Distagon is pretty good. Close focus at less than 17cm makes it a versatile lens.  Ideal for landscapes, architecture and documenting. A bit comparable with the famous Nikkor 28/2.8 Ai-S. Zeiss (Cosina) discontinued this lens resulting in higher prices on the market.

Storm is now on their way too.

I have no idea how my daughter managed to get burrs in her hair. In such a perfect spot too. There is actually a tie holding her hair the way it is, not the burrs!
