That stereo lens is nice. Though these days it is easier to just join a couple of digital cameras together at the baseplate and use an electronic trigger.

Leitz made a 3.3cm, f/3.5 stereo lens called a STEMAR for their screw thread and M series bayonet mount film cameras.   ;D

Search for STEMAR on Ebay and you will often see them being offerred for sale at HUGE prices.   :-\

Hi, syun, welcome to NG!

The lens you have should be this one (Stereo-Nikkor 3.5cm/f3.5).  The depicted complete set was offered in a second-hand camera show held in Ginza:

That one was for rangefinder cameras, the one Syun has is for F mount. I vaguely remember seeing another like it before, it was based on the 45/2.8 GN lens.

I spent a few hours researching this, and could come up with no conclusion than it’s the 3.5, but ....

Either way, if it’s real, it’s worth close to a million yen, methinks.

What about the blue rear-cap?
Has that been seen before?

A million yen is not inconsistent with some of the prices being demanded for the Leitz STEMAR, especially for complete kits.

Very special stereo lens! The resemblance with the. GN Nikkor is obvious;)

The 50 mm 1.2 AIs is according to Roland page the first in the 2500xx range

Your lens has the engraving on the focus ring like it should so not an AI lens.
Congratulations! Two very special lenses

Depending how comfy you are doing cross-eyes, it's at least generated a tangible 3D image

It looks as if the prisms/mirrors are slightly out of alignment. Try it at some other distances as well.

I've seen that on other prototype lenses.

A very special lens. Of course it made me think of the 35 mmm f/3,5 Stereo lens for the Nikon S cameras. So we have an F-mount prototype. I wonder which focal lenght it is (35,45?) there is no visible indication
