I am sorry to have to inform everyone that I have just received an email from Mike's daughter telling me that Mike passed away on 20 October. This was a result of the brain tumour diagnosed in July.

Sad to hear this. I had been looking forward to more Minis, Dave The Cat, and the odd angle from London.

Thanks Anthony - so sad to hear of the passing of this cheerful Englishman.
Doubly sad for me, as his date of passing was my birthday.
RIP Mike.
